MCSE - Implementing and Supporting SMS Server 2 Written by John R. Vacca. Published by Prentice Hall. It appears that this book is mistitled.  It should read SMS 1.2.  The information is inaccurate for SMS2.0.  Even the screenshots are of SMS1.2.  I highly recommend saving your money on this one.
		MCSE Systems Management Server 2 Written by Frank Jewett. Published by Prentice Hall.  It looks like Frank took the above SMS book and rewrote it.  A lot of the text is exactly the same as the above book.  The screenshots have been updated to reflect the MMC which is used in SMS2.0.  The information was also updated to accurately reflect SMS2.0.  A decent book for those taking the exam or just looking to get familiar with the product.
