MCSE - The Electives in a Nutshell
Written by Michael Moncur. Published by O'Reilly. It includes TCP/IP, IIS4.0, IEAK4.0, Proxy Server2.0 and Exchange 5.5. Electives in a nutshell wont give you all the info you need to administer all of these products.  What you will get is the basic info needed for the exams.   You will need some hands on experience in addition to using this book, but between hands on, product help menus and Electives in a nutshell, you are well on your way.

MCSE+I Practice Tests
Written by James Michael Stewart and Gary Novosel. Published by Coriolis.  It includes TCP/IP, IIS4.0, IEAK4.0, Proxy Server2.0 and Exchange 5.5. The book contains about 100 practice questions for each of the above mentioned exams.  It also comes with a CD that contains adaptive sample tests.  The tests are nice because they give you good explanations as to why the answer is correct.  This will save you a ton of money over some of the famous sample tests out there.

TCP/IP Windows NT4.0 Flashcards
Written by Michael Moncur. Published by O'Reilly.  A great study tool for the exam.  Carry them with you wherever you go.  You also receive a nice poster with definitions and subnet tables.  I wish these were around when I was preparing for this exam as they would have been a welcome addition to my collection of study materials.

TCP/IP Exam Prep
Written by Richard Burke. Published by Coriolis.  This one missed the mark. It doesn't cover Subnetting in the detail that is needed to understand it. Much of the information in this book is not geared toward the 70-059 exam that it is supposed to prep you for. Pass on this one and instead buy the Exam Cram book for TCP/IP.

TCP/IP Exam Cram - Third Edition
Written by Gary Novosel, Kurt Hudson, James Michael Stewart. Published by Coriolis.  One of my favorite criteria for judging a book on TCP/IP is how they handle Subnetting as it can be very confusing if not approached properly. This book did a nice job of explaining Binary Numbers, ANDing, and the whole Subnetting process. It also covered all of the utilities that they love to test you on for the 70-059 exam. This is a very nice resource.

TCP/IP Flash Cards
Written by Ed Tittel.  Published by Coriolis. These cards appear to be a compilation of the Questions and Answers from the sample exams in the back of the TCP/IP Third Edition book. They are a nice study aid but I recommend buying some Index cards at your local stationary store and writing down the questions yourself. Or you could just cut the pages out of the book and paste them onto the cards. If you just want to blow some extra $$ these cards will be helpful.
